The TELUS Whistler Conference Centre is pleased to provide high quality and exceptional food and beverages for your event. A flexible and professional staff is at your service to ensure prompt and courteous service as well as superb food.
The catering staff can make any event - be it a banquet for 10 or a reception for 1000 - the most memorable and successful experience.
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Food and Beverage policies:
- All food and beverages are subject to provincial tax, federal Goods and Services tax (GST), and gratuity of 15%.
- Minimum guarantees are due by 12 noon, three business days (72 hours) prior to event.
- The catering department will prepare and set for 5% above the guaranteed number to a maximum of 30 meals.
- All prices are subject to change without notice. Costs can be confirmed no more than three months prior to the function.
- All food and beverages served in the Conference Centre is to be strictly provided by our food and beverage department.
- Carvery labour surcharges are applicable at $75.00 per carver. Buffets requiring carvers are assigned at a ratio of one carver per 70 guests.
- As stipulated by British Columbia Liquor laws, no liquor service will be permitted after 1:00am. TELUS Whistler Conference Centre reserves the right to inspect and regulate all private parties, meetings and receptions.
- No corkage is accepted at the TELUS Whistler Conference Centre.
- The TELUS Whistler Conference Centre reserves the right to provide an alternate function room best suited for the group should the quantity of attendees differ from the expected attendance.
- Please refer to contract regarding food & beverage attrition penalties should your group attendance drop from what was originally contracted in your license agreement.
- The customer is responsible for any extraordinary cleaning or damages to the premises by their guests, agents or independent contractors. Please refer to the Rules and Regulations addendum to your license agreement.
